We are delighted to invite you to discover the Distillerie du Bugey, located in Saint-Martin-de-Bavel, just 3 km from #campinglevaugrais . Marie, a native of the village, and Phil, originally from England, who grew up in the British gin culture, combine their talents to concoct amazing recipes in this building with a strong architectural cachet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49 Here, the gin is hand-distilled in small batches by the master distiller, Phil, using a traditional still . The gin and artisanal liqueurs are made from local produce \ud83c\udf3f proving that our terroir really does have its good points!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, we’re off to Champagne en Valromey for a sparkling visit to La Virgule: an artisanal microbrewery at the foot of the Grand Colombier! \ud83c\udf7b Baptiste, a passionate brewer, awaits you with his range of organic beers made from local ingredients. Get ready to plunge into the fascinating world of beer-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just 24 km from the campsite, discover \u201cAu rythme du troupeau\u201d, an authentic sheepfold run by Pierre and Priscillia. Passionate about their work, they raise ewes and make delicious yoghurts and ewe’s milk cheeses, sold directly from the farm to promote the short circuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming and proud of their work, they will help you discover their environment and share their passion with enthusiasm. Children will love meeting the animals, and you’ll be charmed by the authenticity of this family farm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
