Lighting at the campsite :
Our outdoor lighting is entirely solar-powered, because we believe that nature should shine without impacting your energy budget! Thanks to this ecological solution, you’ll enjoy softly lit evenings while preserving the environment. It’s our way of saying that even at night, we’re still responsible. So let the stars align while our street lamps do their job! Inside the sanitary facilities, and in all our accommodation, lighting is provided by LED bulbs.
Pruning on the campsite:
Our campsite benefits from a beautiful canopy, offering a natural setting thanks to our large trees. Every winter, Pierre trims, cuts and maintains the trees. A professional tree trimmer inspects the morphology of the trees and removes the most dangerous branches to ensure safety. The shredded branches are used as mulch for trees, shrubs and flowerbeds. This prevents the proliferation of weeds and conserves soil moisture. We are committed to respectful management of our environment.
Mulching on the campsite :
I’m pleased to inform you that since 2024, I’ve been mulching my lawns, a reasoned mowing method that’s both economical and ecological. By mowing frequently, I no longer need to go back and forth to empty the grassbox. The grass clippings left on the ground serve as a natural fertilizer, enriching the soil. Thanks to mulching, we can all contribute to sustainable gardening that respects nature.
